Back in April in the Puerto Portals area of Mallorca, a new rooftop lounge opened – Paradigm. Already established as a haven for party goers and those who love to show off their tans over a cocktail or two, Paradigm has two bars with a large outdoor terrace and for those looking for a VIP table service, there are twenty-five tables which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
The Mediterranean atmosphere and views are an idyllic setting for sharing cocktails and conversation with a house music backdrop. Signature cocktails include a Moon Jellyfish – with white rum, pimento dram liqueur, lime, passion fruit, grapefruit and syrup or why not try a Kinobi Tonic with Ki No Bi gin, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, choya umeshu, lemon and tonic water.
