Located in the tranquil valley of Gerignoz near Gstaad, Switzerland is Chalet Gerignoz. This private holiday home convey’s “a discreet sense of luxury combined with the cosy atmosphere of an Alpine chalet.”, and to achieve this, the interior designers used a mix of new, contemporary furniture, as well as antique, vintage and traditional pieces. Other unusual and eclectic pieces were sourced specially from across Europe and the United States plus beautifully crafted pieces from Boca do Lobo.
The striking one-piece sofa by Vladimir Kagan had to be flown in by helicopter due to its size and carefully managed through the balcony. The panoramic views from within the chalet are truly breathtaking with the mountains and valley’s literally on your doorstep. A truly magical place.
